Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Component Owner for FIE system to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Act as Component Owner for the Fuel Injection Equipment (FIE) system within the automotive domain
Design and develop mechanical technical solutions based on defined prerequisites such as function, geometry, volume, cost, quality targets, and regulatory requirements
Lead and support mechanical design engineering activities within the assigned technical area
Take an active role in project deliveries and ensure milestones are met
Integrate inputs and deliverables from multiple contributors and interfaces
Secure quality, maturity, and readiness of the design prior to release
Ensure that technical solutions meet business targets and overall system requirements

What you bring:

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering and product development
Previous experience as a Component Owner within the combustion engine area
Solid knowledge of fuel systems and fuel filtration (highly appreciated)
Experience with mechanical design tools such as CREO and KOLA (meritorious)
Strong background in product and machine design within the automotive industry
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams
