Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Continuous Improvement / Lean Six Sigma Consultant to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Coach teams on Lean Six Sigma (L6S) methodologies and provide guidance on appropriate tools
Lead cross-functional improvement projects, ensuring delivery on time, within quality standards and budget
Collaborate with and support cross-functional teams in implementing strategic and tactical initiatives
Identify and share new ways of working to improve efficiency and performance
Work with other Continuous Improvement leaders to standardize processes, ensure sustainability, and share best practices

What you bring:

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma, coaching, and change management
L6S Black Belt (or Green Belt) certification with proven application of methodologies such as DMAIC, VSM, and Kaizen
Strong change management and facilitation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
Ability to work effectively across complex, global organizations and coordinate across multiple time zones
