Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Develop and maintain Enterprise Data Warehouse platform (iData) using Informatica PowerCenter and Oracle database.
- Design secure, high-performance workflows for staging, cleansing, and loading data.
- Build and support data pipelines on the AWS-based Data Platform, leveraging technologies such as S3, Redshift, AWS Glue, and Airflow.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, processes, and products to design effective solutions.
- Populate operational data stores (ODS) and data marts with quality data for use in business intelligence (BI) solutions.
- Automate processes, including CI/CD pipelines, testing, and data quality monitoring.
- Investigate and resolve reported defects in existing solutions.
- Work closely with Tech Leads, Data Analysts, Product Owners, and other team members to deliver features through Agile Release Trains.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in data engineering, including Redshift Data Warehouse development.
- Expertise with AWS data technologies, such as S3, Python, IAM, AWS Glue, AWS Athena, Spark, Redshift, and Airflow.
- Strong ability to conceptualize complex technical issues and understand data in a business context.
- Experience in data modeling for Data Warehouses (highly advantageous).
- Background in the banking industry (an advantage).
- Familiarity with Oracle RDBMS and Informatica (a plus).
- Knowledge of agile frameworks, preferably SAFe (a plus).
- Highly motivated, self-driven, collaborative, result-oriented, and structured approach to work.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
