Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Serve as the primary contact for electrical systems, ensuring seamless collaboration with external partners and alignment with project goals and technical standards.
Lead the design and integration of high and low-voltage systems, prioritizing safety, efficiency, and reliability.
Coordinate technical reviews, quality assurance, and risk assessments for all electrical components.
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for electrical projects, maintaining project focus without direct managerial oversight.
Support regulatory processes and ensure compliance with industry standards in power systems.
Promote cross-discipline collaboration to deliver cohesive and dependable project solutions.

What you bring:

Extensive experience as an Electrical Engineer specializing in power systems, ideally with a background in nuclear, renewable energy, or high-reliability sectors.
Proven ability to manage technical projects with external partners, ensuring effective communication and alignment on technical objectives.
Proficiency in high and low-voltage systems, with a strong understanding of industry compliance and regulatory standards.
Exceptional organizational and proactive project coordination skills, capable of guiding complex projects from planning to completion.
A collaborative, self-directed approach, able to lead effectively without formal managerial authority.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish is advantageous.
