Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Environmental / HSE Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Support inspections, incident reporting, environmental monitoring, and legal compliance at the facility
Assess risks related to hazardous substance transport, define protective measures, and ensure compliance with dangerous goods regulations
Participate in project meetings and collaborate with local units to gather and analyze relevant data
Develop and implement policies and procedures to prevent hazardous conditions in both the workplace and the external environment
Investigate accidents and environmental incidents, working with engineers, management, and authorities to identify root causes and prevent recurrence
Provide advice, training, and audits on safety procedures to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
Maintain constructive relationships with community stakeholders, environmental organizations, and regulatory bodies regarding environmental performance

What you bring:

Solid experience in environmental management and regulatory compliance
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams
Proven experience in accident investigation, risk assessment, and safety training
Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written
