Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior FMEA Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Drive and facilitate Design FMEA (D-FMEA) activities to ensure robustness and reliability in the development process.
- Collaborate closely with multiple design teams across various locations, challenging and supporting them in design decisions to achieve high-quality outcomes.
- Apply a range of robustness tools and methodologies to strengthen design processes, ensuring that the product meets stringent requirements.
- Report directly to the main project manager and work closely with the technical lead, contributing to the overall strategy and direction of the project.
- Lead discussions and workshops, providing insights and guidance on best practices in design and product development.
What you bring:
- Extensive experience in design engineering, with a strong focus on D-FMEA and robustness tools.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence design decisions across different disciplines and regions.
- Experience in both mechanics and electronics/software development is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem-solving and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to various stakeholders.
- High level of independence, combined with a collaborative and supportive mindset.
- Long-term commitment to the project, with the capacity to drive significant contributions throughout the development cycle.
