Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior HR Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead a strategic project to ensure full compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
Interpret legislative requirements and translate them into clear, actionable processes and system solutions.
Drive cross-functional collaboration between Compensation & Benefits, HR systems, and data analytics teams.
Oversee development of data structures, reporting models, and transparency mechanisms aligned with regulatory standards.
Coordinate project delivery, timelines, and stakeholder communication within a large organizational environment.
Ensure a holistic, compliant, and sustainable end-to-end solution that supports long-term HR and business objectives.
Facilitate workshops, decision forums, and alignment meetings across multiple business units.
Manage risks, dependencies, and change impacts related to new pay transparency processes and tools.

What you bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management with strong results in HR-driven or compliance-related projects.
Solid understanding of Compensation & Benefits and relevant frameworks connected to the Pay Transparency Act.
Proven experience leading complex projects within large organizations or matrix environments.
Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical workflows, data models, and system requirements.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in both Swedish and English
