Assignment Description
We are looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst for a consulting assignment within a large international organization working with modern web-based systems and complex digital services.
What You Will Work On
- Gather, analyze, and structure business and technical requirements
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, UX teams, and stakeholders
- Translate business needs into scalable and implementable technical solutions
- Break down complex functionality into clear, development-ready requirements
- Support backlog refinement and agile planning activities
- Analyze technical dependencies and solution impacts
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
- Support development teams with requirement clarification and prioritization
- Contribute to solution alignment across digital services and web platforms
- Drive requirements work in agile product development environments
- Ensure requirements are clear, feasible, and aligned with business goals
What You Bring
- Several years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong ability to work between business analysis and system architecture
- Experience working with modern web-based systems and complex digital services
- Strong technical understanding and experience collaborating closely with developers and architects
- Experience within requirements gathering, analysis, and backlog refinement in agile teams
- Ability to break down complex functionality into structured and development-ready requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in modern product-driven organizations
