Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior IT Specialist to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Develop, manage, and maintain the IT infrastructure for the Chemical Processes and Pharmaceuticals department
- Provide daily IT support and troubleshooting for computerized systems
- Plan maintenance, upgrades, and further development of systems to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
- Support the purchase, implementation, and validation of new instruments and systems, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
- Train colleagues on IT-related systems and procedures
- Act as IT representative during inspections, explaining compliance with regulatory and GMP requirements
- Collaborate with the technical team and contribute to other system-related tasks as needed
What you bring:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and efficient approach
- Experience acting as an IT representative during regulatory or customer inspections
- Knowledge of laboratory instrument data handling, including data storage, traceability (audit trails), and data integrity principles
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal
- Experience working in and administering SharePoint
- Solid understanding of IT environments, including Windows OS, network structures, directory services (AD/LDAP), and basic scripting
- Documented GMP experience from an IT perspective, including qualification documentation and handling deviations linked to IT systems
- Advantageous: previous experience in pharmaceutical or other regulated industries
