Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Management and Line Assistant to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Provide proactive support to managers and their teams, fostering efficiency and quality in daily operations.
Assist with onboarding, leave, and transfer processes for employees and consultants.
Handle general administrative tasks, including access requests, purchase orders, and coordination of summer work.
Coordinate conferences, meetings, and events with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain regular communication with the managers you support and collaborate with other line management assistants.
Prepare reports, presentations, and support personnel administration tasks.
Contribute to local and global initiatives aimed at improving employee and customer experiences.
Ensure smooth operations during periods of key events or transitions, with flexibility to work on-site as needed.

What you bring:

Strong computer skills and proficiency with standard office tools.
Proactive, service-minded attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Structured and organized approach to managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
Willingness to work on-site during onboarding (5 days/week) and as required during key periods.
A positive, adaptable mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
No prior experience in administration or service business is required — potential and personality are valued.
