Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Non Functional Test Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Act as an NFT specialist within a cross-functional test team, collaborating closely with various parts of the organization.
- Identify requirements and needs for non-functional testing across multiple areas, including performance testing, scalability testing, security testing, availability testing, load testing, volume testing, disaster recovery testing, stress testing, usability testing, and continuity testing.
- Create comprehensive test scenarios and cases, produce relevant test data, and execute these in collaboration with agile development teams and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for automation within non-functional testing and investigate suitable components for test automation from an NFT perspective.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence tools for documentation and status reporting regarding completed tests, providing updates to the test leader and team lead within cross-functional teams.
What you bring:
- Over 10 years of documented experience as a non-functional testing specialist.
- Background in banking, with a solid understanding of cash management and payment infrastructures being advantageous.
- Several years of experience as a test automation specialist.
- Fluent in English and Swedish
- Familiarity with ISO 20022 standards in the payment area, such as EPC, SEPA CT, and NPC/NCT, is a plus.
- ISTQB certification is preferred.
- Holistic thinking with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills and a structured, self-motivated work ethic.
