Senior PLM Consultant - 14783

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior PLM Consultant to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Translate PLM theory into practical, day-to-day usage and ensure the client’s new PLM strategy is applied in ongoing projects
Support project teams and end users in adopting new ways of working within the PLM platform
Identify, document, and communicate improvement opportunities within processes and PLM tools for future prioritization and implementation
Contribute to establishing a coherent digital thread across the entire product lifecycle
Ensure PLM processes function effectively in complex, collaborative environments involving external partners
Support the client’s overall strategy by helping reduce lead time and cost through increased digitalization
Work closely with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders as a key contributor to the team

What you bring:

Solid experience working with agile methodologies
Deep knowledge of PLM tools, preferably Siemens Teamcenter
Understanding of working in regulated and rule-driven organizations
Experience working in project-based environments with structured status reporting
Proven ability to collaborate with external partners in complex project settings
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and practical way
Result-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering tangible value
Analytical and structured approach, with the ability to see both the big picture and important details
Fluent in English and Swedish
Willingness to undergo security clearance if required
