Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Process Expert to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

Plan and support IT process development, ensuring alignment with the customer’s framework.
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, identify needs, and engage stakeholders.
Model and design processes using BPMN 2.0 notation in tools like EA Sparx.
Create detailed process documentation, including process descriptions and flowcharts.
Collaborate across teams to ensure compliance with regulations related to process design and documentation.

What You Bring:

Strong facilitation skills, with experience leading and organizing workshops.
Proven ability to design and model processes, with expertise in BPMN 2.0 notation.
Proficiency in using process modeling tools, preferably EA Sparx.
Solid understanding of regulations affecting process design and documentation.
Experience in leading and managing process work in complex environments.
Excellent communication skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
Self-motivation, with the ability to manage tasks of varying scope independently.
Fluent in English and Swedish.
(Preferred) Background in banking and finance or related industries.
