Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead all procurement activities, primarily within the energy sector, ensuring compliance with LOU and LUF.
- Develop, compile, and manage both commercial and technical procurement documents.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of procurement proposals based on established criteria.
- Ensure adherence to the full procurement process, maintaining high standards of compliance and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate closely with the Client and project team to ensure efficient, goal-oriented procurement strategies.
- Manage and oversee large, complex procurement processes, ensuring all legal and project requirements are met.
- Provide expert guidance on procurement best practices, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and compliance throughout the process.
What you bring:
- At least 10 years of experience in procurement, specifically within the framework of LOU and LUF.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement legislation and strategies, particularly within the municipal sector.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale and complex procurements, ideally within the energy sector.
- Strong understanding of commercial and technical documentation for procurements.
- Ability to lead procurement processes with a focus on both operational execution and strategic input.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working closely with clients and project teams.
- Fluency in Swedish, both written and spoken, is essential.
