Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead a cross-functional team of 8 software developers and testers, with occasional collaboration with 2-3 firmware developers.
- Oversee timely releases of both application software and firmware.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Product Management to define a 6-12 month roadmap and prioritize key features.
- Act as the bridge between market needs and the development team, ensuring customer value drives decision-making.
- Present project progress and facilitate decision-making in steering group meetings.
- Resolve resource conflicts in coordination with other Product Owners, Project Managers, and the steering group.
- Take ownership of the product budget and monitor performance metrics for both the product and the team.
