Senior Production Engineer - 11202

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Production Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Implement manufacturing process optimizations and simplifications, bridging improvements from development to production with a focus on end-user experience.
Operate and enhance sensors and vision systems for in-line quality control.
Conduct mechanical engineering tasks to add new units or components to production machines.
Perform regular machine maintenance, analyze operations to identify deviations, and implement effective solutions.
Provide input on process design and oversee the implementation of new processes.
Develop and execute a maintenance plan in collaboration with the Operations Manager, including reviews of standard operating procedures.
Gain comprehensive knowledge of the production process and train new operators and production engineers.

What you bring:

5–10 years of experience as a Production Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong passion for hands-on work in robust production processes.
A relevant technical engineering education.
Proven expertise in implementing new technical solutions in manufacturing processes.
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical solutions for end-users.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and adaptability to technical challenges.
Fluency in English, both verbal and written.

Meritorious:

Experience with roll-to-roll production processing machines.
Expertise in designing and developing industrial equipment and automation systems.
Proficiency in PLC programming and CAD design.
