Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project/Epic Management Owner to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Lead and execute medium-sized projects / Epics, ensuring alignment with client policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, safety requirements, financial targets, and schedules.
- Define project guidelines, allocate tasks, and monitor internal and external resources to ensure all milestones are met.
- Provide performance feedback to team members working on projects.
- Ensure on-time, within-budget, and high-quality project execution in compliance with safety standards.
- Manage project scope, quality, financials, and timeline while adhering to project management frameworks (Gate Model or SAFe).
- Work within the SAFe setup, acting as an Epic Owner, ensuring seamless execution within Agile Release Trains.
- Oversee electronics product development projects, including hardware, software, FPGA, and mechanics development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient project execution and stakeholder alignment.
What You Bring:
- Certified SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Product Manager.
- 3+ years of experience in managing projects of various sizes and complexities.
- Strong background in electronics product development, including hardware, software, FPGA, and mechanics.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred) or a technical degree with 10-15 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to manage projects with different contractual structures.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
