Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

  • Manage logistics activities for transport and intermediate storage of equipment and materials.
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for shipments from suppliers through warehouses to contractors.
  • Plan and book daily transportation schedules to the site.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to monitor, track, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Manage international shipping processes and related documentation.
  • Follow up on deviations, logistics costs, and reporting.
  • Evaluate performance against set KPIs.

What you bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in logistics.
  • 3+ years of experience in project logistics and/or transport management.
  • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Knowledge of international and domestic multi-modal logistics operations.
  • Experience with special transport operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ERP/WMS systems.
  • Fluency in English.
