Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in the IT department, including client and network specialists, and change leaders.
- Plan and manage testing activities to ensure seamless functionality.
- Develop and execute a detailed rollout plan for approximately 7,500 client computers.
- Communicate project updates and changes through various channels, including intranet postings, email campaigns, and webinars.
- Provide ongoing support and information to operational managers and stakeholders.
- Report progress, challenges, and solutions to the project steering group.
- Ensure the successful transition to Cisco AnyConnect VPN with improved IT security features, including forced tunneling and user certificate login.
- Oversee the implementation of a new personal storage solution with “always online” functionality and enhanced quota management.
What you bring:
- 9+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with a strong track record of delivering IT infrastructure projects within specified timelines.
- Expertise in IT infrastructure within the Microsoft ecosystem, including hands-on experience managing large-scale transitions.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Fluency in Swedish, both written and spoken, to handle all project communication and documentation.
- Availability to work on-site in Jönköping at least two days per week.
- Proven experience leading IT change projects in complex and dynamic environments.
Meritorious:
- Previous experience in IT project management within government authorities or similar organizations.
- Familiarity with managing projects in large-scale, multifaceted organizations.
