Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for Gas Turbine System to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Oversee project time, cost, and technical scope to ensure successful delivery.
Manage the project team on a daily basis, directing, developing, and motivating team members.
Collaborate with program managers and related projects to prevent duplication of efforts and ensure comprehensive coverage of tasks.
Ensure that project deliverables align with the specified business case to realize intended benefits.
Participate actively in an agile transformation, leveraging experience with agile methodologies to manage projects effectively.
Spend the majority of your working time on-site in Finspång.

What you bring:

A minimum of one year of experience in project management tasks.
Knowledge of gas turbine package mechanics, electrical systems, and/or control systems is highly valuable.
Experience in handling agile projects, demonstrating familiarity with agile principles and practices.
Strong communication skills in both English and Swedish.
Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team of project managers, sharing ideas and solutions to overcome project challenges.
A positive attitude towards problem-solving, with a focus on finding solutions while maintaining a supportive team environment.
