Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – IoT/Cloud to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Take full responsibility for the transition of an IoT/Cloud project into the customer’s R&D department
Navigate a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and potential conflicts of interest
Drive clarity and structure in a politically sensitive environment while maintaining progress toward goals
Ensure transparent and frequent communication with company management, including progress reporting
Collaborate closely with technical and business teams to secure knowledge transfer and long-term ownership

What you bring:

Strong project management experience with a proven ability to lead in complex organizational settings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt quickly in new environments
Experience managing diverse stakeholders and handling conflicts constructively
Comfort with organizational politics and ability to use it effectively to achieve results
Solid technical understanding of IoT and Cloud technologies
Goal-oriented mindset combined with strong social agility and collaboration skills
Experience presenting progress and results to senior management in a clear and structured manner
Ability to thrive in on-site assignments and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
Fluent in English and Swedish.
