Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager/Program Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and manage large-scale, complex projects and programs with international scope.
Drive transition and transformation initiatives, including cloud and data center migrations.
Develop and execute detailed migration strategies and implementation plans.
Oversee the design, planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects.
Apply structured project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 and SAFe Agile.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project outcomes and customer value.
Build strong collaboration across teams, energizing and motivating colleagues throughout the assignment.
Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all levels.
Support knowledge transfer and handover activities during December, taking full project ownership by end of January.

What you bring:

10+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally with international project exposure.
Strong expertise in transition and transformation management, cloud environments and data center migration.
Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, processes and service management.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to handle complex and demanding environments.
Fast learner with strong ability to understand technical concepts and requirements.
Fluent in Swedish (mandatory) and comfortable engaging with Swedish-speaking customers; English or other languages are a plus.
Academic degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field (MSc preferred).
Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2 (Foundation/Practitioner), SAFe Agile and Azure Fundamentals.
Structured, results-driven and proactive in solving challenges.
Strong team player with the ability to energize, motivate and guide others.
