Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager Warranty to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and coordinate the warranty project team, ensuring alignment with contractual agreements and customer satisfaction.
Manage warranty claims and oversee warranty obligations in line with project requirements.
Ensure effective communication with customers, focusing on clear and professional interactions in English.
Drive technical solutions to meet customer needs and resolve warranty-related issues.
Monitor financial aspects of projects, including forecasting, cost control, and budget adherence.
Provide accurate and timely reporting to management and project boards.
Facilitate smooth project handover to the service organization.
Travel occasionally for business as required.

What you bring:

Proven experience in managing projects, preferably in a warranty or technical context.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate project teams.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in financial management, including forecasting and cost control.
Clear and effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
A proactive, committed, and results-driven mindset.
Flexibility to travel for business as needed.
