Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer – Industrialization to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Plan, execute, and follow up verification and qualification of products and production equipment
Develop and implement FMEA, control plans, FAI, and capability analyses
Analyze results from MSA and Gage R&R studies
Lead and coordinate quality improvement initiatives across production areas
Participate and lead meetings focused on quality and process enhancements
Investigate root causes of deviations, define corrective actions, and ensure follow-up
Conduct quality audits for products and processes
Apply statistical process control (SPC) to monitor and improve production quality

What you bring:

Civil/university engineering degree or equivalent experience in quality, mechanics, or chemistry
Proven experience in quality engineering within a production environment
Knowledge of test/measurement equipment approval methods, including MSA and Gage R&R, with tools such as Minitab
Understanding of quality systems and standards
Experience in Lean methodologies, root cause analysis, and FMEA
B-class driver’s license
Strong communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
Adaptable personality with openness to change and continuous development
