Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior R&D Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

Take responsibility for time, cost, and technical scope within assigned projects
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Create comprehensive project plans including goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, risk identification, contingency planning, and resource allocation
Monitor project progress continuously and provide detailed reports on milestones and deliverables
Manage project changes effectively and escalate issues to management when necessary
Perform risk management activities to minimize project risks
Lead and motivate the project team on a daily basis, ensuring alignment and commitment
Collaborate with program managers and related projects to avoid duplication of work and ensure consistency
Secure project deliverables that meet the benefits outlined in the business case

What you bring

Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager
Experience in gas turbine package projects, preferably within electrical systems; knowledge in mechanical systems and control systems is also valuable
Background in managing agile projects, ideally in organizations undergoing agile transformation
Strong communication skills in both English and Swedish
Ability to spend the majority of working time on site in Finspång
