Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Red Hat OpenShift Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Deploy, configure, operate, and optimize Red Hat OpenShift (OCP 4.x) environments, including Day-2 operations, upgrades, and disaster recovery
- Provide architectural guidance, best practices, and continuous improvements for large-scale OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms
- Manage authentication and authorization integrations, including LDAP, SSO, and OpenShift Operators
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Kubernetes and platform-level issues in close collaboration with DevOps and SRE teams
- Implement and maintain automation and Infrastructure as Code using Ansible and Terraform
- Support observability and monitoring solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, and EFK/ELK stacks
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and onboarding of team members in a complex enterprise environment
What you bring:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in senior Linux, DevOps, or SRE roles, with at least 4 years focused on Kubernetes and OpenShift
- Expert-level expertise in Red Hat OpenShift (OCP 4.x), including IPI/UPI installations, OpenShift Virtualization, GitOps (Argo CD), and Pipelines (Tekton)
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes internals, including etcd, API server, CRDs, and dynamic admission controllers
- Advanced proficiency in automation and Infrastructure as Code using Ansible and Terraform
- Deep experience with container and networking technologies, including CRI-O, CNI, ingress/egress routing, and service mesh
- Hands-on experience with observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, and EFK/ELK at scale
- Solid knowledge of security concepts including RBAC, Pod Security Standards, and container security
- Proficiency in scripting using Bash and/or Python
- Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively in high-performing technical team
