Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Rust Developer

What You Will Work On

Develop and improve tooling supporting requirement management and system configuration
Enhance workflows and processes for requirement breakdown and traceability
Build and optimize system configuration processes (application/system properties)
Enable structured input from application owners and stakeholders
Develop solutions for validation, consistency checking, and testability
Contribute to development of tooling using Python and Rust
Capture and translate stakeholder needs into requirements and specifications
Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities in specifications
Support implementation and test teams in applying requirements effectively
Drive requirement refinement and alignment across teams
Propose improvements based on workflow analysis and stakeholder input
Ensure alignment with organizational processes and architectural guidelines

What You Bring

Strong experience in software or systems engineering within complex environments
Proficiency in Python and working knowledge or experience with Rust
Experience working with requirements, specifications, and system design
Ability to handle large-scale and complex system architectures
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
Agile mindset with focus on iterative improvements
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams
