Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Safety Product Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Drive safety-related software development and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Serve as the go-to expert for safety regulations and certifications.
Plan and coordinate development efforts with stakeholders and teams.
Lead the creation of safety documentation required for certification.
Oversee requirement analysis, software design, testing, and traceability matrices.
Facilitate workshops, testing, and hands-on documentation work.
Collaborate across departments and ensure alignment within the organization.
Travel within Europe a few times per year for lab visits and cross-functional collaboration.

What you bring:

Proven experience leading compliance and certification processes in regulated industries (e.g., Automotive, Medical).
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Expertise in requirement analysis, FMEA, design processes, and testing.
Experience with traceability matrices, software testing, and test reporting.
Ability to align teams and manage a broad scope effectively.
5+ years of experience managing end-to-end software implementation projects.
Experience leading technical development teams and working with change management.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum Master).
Strong background in embedded software and requirement management.
Experience working with global teams and projects involving internal and external stakeholders.
