Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master– After treatment System Installation to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects focused on the installation of aftertreatment systems
Collaborate with a lean agile team of mechanical engineers within an R&D environment
Drive project progress in alignment with the client’s established R&D processes and development frameworks
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within project execution and team collaboration
Support technical discussions and facilitate decision-making across internal teams and external partners

What you bring:

Proven experience as a project manager within automotive R&D environments
Solid understanding and hands-on experience with the client’s specific R&D processes
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage technical teams in a fast-paced setting
Background in mechanical engineering or a related technical discipline
Familiarity with aftertreatment systems and their integration in vehicle platforms
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Experience working in agile or lean organizations with cross-functional teams
