Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master – Cable Harness Design (Electrified Vehicles) to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

  • Lead and facilitate Scrum processes for the cable harness design teams working on electrified vehicles.
  • Support the team in agile methodologies, ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient development cycles.
  • Communicate project status and key updates across various forums and stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, technical excellence, and teamwork.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development of high-tech solutions.

What You Bring:

  • Experience as a Scrum Master, preferably within the customer’s organization.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive and driven approach, with a strong technical interest.
  • Experience working in project teams and driving progress toward common goals.
  • Fluency in English; Swedish language skills are a plus.
  • Previous experience with cable harness design is a merit.
