Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master – Charging Interface Components for Electrified Vehicles to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

Lead and facilitate the Scrum process for the development of charging interface components for electrified vehicles.
Collaborate with a technically driven team to drive new development projects for high-tech products.
Coordinate with suppliers, production teams, testing departments, and procurement to ensure project milestones are met.
Communicate project status updates across various forums, ensuring transparency and alignment within the team and with stakeholders.
Foster an agile working environment, guiding the team in following best practices for iterative development.

What You Bring:

Experience working with electronic components, ideally in roles such as a designer or similar capacity.
Proficiency in agile tools and methodologies, including PowerBI and Jira.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and convey information in both Swedish and English.
Curiosity, drive, and a strong interest in technology, with a proven ability to work within a project team towards common goals.
Experience with our client or in similar roles within the heavy vehicle or electrification sectors is highly desirable.
