Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Site Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Plan, lead, and follow up on all activities on the construction site
Coordinate and manage daily operations, including supervision of subcontractors (07–16)
Ensure that schedule, budget, and quality targets are met
Establish site logistics, manage work environment, and ensure compliance with safety procedures
Act as BAS-U to oversee work environment and safety requirements
Document progress, deviations, and follow-ups in digital project management tools
Manage deliveries, inventory, and minor material procurement
Report regularly to the project manager and support project management activities

What you bring:

Previous experience as a site manager or supervisor in infrastructure, land, or energy projects
Strong knowledge of work environment legislation and BAS-U responsibilities
Understanding of construction law (AB) and experience in cost monitoring
Excellent command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance
