Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior System Test Lead – Energy Sector to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Develop and implement test strategies for system validation
  • Plan, manage, and execute testing activities
  • Perform quality control and assurance throughout the testing process
  • Lead and manage test teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to report on progress and issues
  • Promote safety and integrity in all aspects of the work

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields or equivalent relevant experience
  • Knowledge of control system software tools and programming languages (PLC, SCADA, DCS)
  • Understanding of protection principles, relay coordination, and fault analysis in HVDC systems or equivalent (advantageous)
  • Proven team management experience
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Fluency in both English and Swedish, spoken and written
