Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Lead installation projects in a GMP environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage project risks, finances, and deliverables, ensuring the project’s success.
  • Oversee budget follow-ups and communicate progress to the steering group.
  • Collaborate with production staff and installers to address installation challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide hands-on support on-site during the installation phase, ensuring projects stay on track.

What you bring:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a project manager in the pharmaceutical industry or another GMP manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project methodology, with a focus on agile working methods and solution-oriented approaches.
  • A solid background in GMP and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry’s regulatory requirements.
  • Experience managing renovation, investment, or installation projects.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • A self-driven, service-oriented attitude, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
