Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager (Energy) / Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Leading and contributing to technical projects and improvement initiatives within energy and infrastructure environments
- Working hands-on across multiple technical domains such as networking and network administration
- Supporting and applying basic OT/IT security and cybersecurity principles
- Contributing within electrical power systems, substations, or closely related technical areas
- Creating, improving, and maintaining technical documentation describing system and site architectures
- Identifying risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities in existing technical solutions
- Supporting and providing technical input to roles responsible for cybersecurity and system management
- Acting as a technical problem-solver and sounding board in daily operations
- Collaborating closely with internal teams and external consultants in a fast-growing, high-tempo environment
What you bring:
- Several years of experience in a broad technical role such as System Engineer, Technical Project Manager, or similar
- Experience working close to technology, with the ability to understand and coordinate across multiple technical disciplines
- Good understanding of networking, system architecture, and technical dependencies
- Experience from energy, industry, infrastructure, or other technically complex environments is an advantage
- Ability to quickly understand new problems and independently drive tasks forward without detailed instructions
- Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
- Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to work across many interfaces
- Strong decision-making ability and comfort prioritizing in a changing environment
- Fluent in English and Swedish
