Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Test Lead to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Lead the development and execution of test strategies and processes.
  • Implement best practices in test automation and quality assurance.
  • Ensure the use of appropriate tools and methods for testing activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline testing within the Scrum framework.
  • Support and mentor team members in structured testing methodologies.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in leading test processes and strategies.
  • Solid knowledge in automated testing tools and techniques.
  • Deep understanding of Scrum and agile working methods.
  • Ability to implement best practices and drive improvements in testing processes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Fluent in English and swedish.
