Senior Test Leader - 11434

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Test Leader to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Plan and evaluate test results to provide recommendations on the approval level of test objects.
Coordinate software releases for validation in vehicles and ensure structured follow-ups on error code status.
Compile test results and error reports, providing clear insights for stakeholders.
Drive the development and continuous improvement of test processes.
Act as a key point of contact for function developers and test developers, offering expert guidance on system testing.
Prioritize and track test activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.

What you bring:

MSc or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Strong experience in test leadership, preferably within the automotive or embedded systems domain.
Excellent ability to analyze test results, identify key issues, and provide structured recommendations.
Proven track record in driving test process improvements.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with experience working in cross-functional R&D teams.
Proficiency in Swedish (good) and English (fluent).
Meriting: Experience in project management and test leadership.
