Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Test Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Develop and maintain the organization’s test strategy, including templates and instructions.
- Implement a risk-based approach by assessing and recommending IT risk management related to test data and results.
- Collaborate with and support internal stakeholders within the test area.
- Ensure sign-off for the testing phase and manage related documentation.
- Act as a Test Lead in projects and operational management when required.
- Drive and oversee testing efforts in projects and assignments in collaboration with service managers, product owners, project managers, and suppliers.
- Support operational testing activities alongside service managers, product owners, and suppliers.
- Lead and support banking-related testing when needed.
- Report test results to stakeholders and ensure decision logs are updated with relevant data.
- Contribute to hands-on testing work when necessary.
What you bring:
Specific skills and experience:
- Experience in the banking or financial sector related to payments, or within the IT consultancy field.
- ISTQB certification or equivalent.
- Strong focus on quality, with a detail-oriented and structured approach.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Several years of experience as a tester, requirements analyst, and/or Test Lead.
General skills and experience:
- Ability to see the big picture while maintaining attention to detail.
- Leadership skills with an inspiring approach.
- Capability to make quick and well-informed decisions.
- Strong pedagogical and communication skills.
- Structured working style with analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements, preferably within a regulated business environment.
