Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Workstream Lead – Data & Migration to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead the Data & Migration workstream, including data migration, master data management, historical data, information architecture, and implementation of master data tools
• Ensure the data area delivers long-term value to the program, beyond migration activities
• Coordinate effectively with other workstreams such as deploy, test, integration, and training
• Support operations in managing and developing data for live parts of the solution
• Drive resolution of identified gaps in collaboration with the system integrator, business stakeholders, and IT
• Develop and refine ways of working for Data & Migration to maximize program success
• Build strong collaboration with stakeholders through forums, reference groups, and expectation management
• Act as an ambassador for the new solution and contribute to change management and adoption across the business

What you bring:

• Documented experience in program and project management within ERP transformations, with a focus on data and migration
• Background in SAP implementations, preferably S/4HANA, and strong understanding of IT and business process alignment
• Expertise in at least one data domain such as master data, migration, or information architecture
• Knowledge of ERP and proprietary systems and awareness of integration challenges
• Experience working with automation of data and processes
• Academic background in technology, IT, economics, or equivalent
• Fluency in spoken and written Swedish
• Meritorious experience including SAP S/4HANA certification, manufacturing or process industry background, business development in data-intensive organizations, and knowledge of Swedish
• Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and align teams
• Structured approach with proven ability to plan and deliver complex projects
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect technical and business perspectives
• Strategic mindset combined with strong problem-solving ability
