Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Develop and enhance a real-time system within the Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) domain.
• Contribute to backend development in Java, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with team members through agile practices, including pair programming and collective problem-solving.
• Take part in full-stack development activities when required, supporting end-to-end delivery.
• Ensure compliance, security, and quality standards are maintained across all deliverables.
• Actively contribute ideas, improvements, and best practices to strengthen the team’s technical capabilities.

What you bring:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Java development with a strong backend focus.
• Experience with full-stack development is an advantage.
• Previous experience in Financial Crime Prevention (FCP), payments, or related domains is a strong plus.
• Proven experience in Java development within the banking sector.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile team environment.
• A structured, delivery-focused approach with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
