Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior System & Research Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Plan, execute, and report on sub-activities within larger system and application projects
• Conduct laboratory experiments using reagents or model systems to evaluate applications, methodologies, or software
• Collaborate actively in cross-functional scrum teams, participating in discussions, planning sessions, and decision-making
• Adhere to established processes, routines, and quality standards throughout project execution
• Contribute to new product development, product lifecycle management, and market support activities

What you bring:

• Degree in engineering with a strong background in molecular biotechnology and analysis
• Several years of hands-on laboratory experience
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of biosensor technologies (highly desirable)
• Experience working in R&D projects related to system or product development
• Interest or experience in software design and application development
• Solid understanding of system development, particularly application and software aspects
• Ability to plan, execute, and report on tasks independently while collaborating effectively within a team
• Strong social skills, flexibility, and the ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
