Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior PLM Consultant to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Translate PLM theory into practical, day-to-day usage and ensure the client’s new PLM strategy is applied in ongoing projects
- Support project teams and end users in adopting new ways of working within the PLM platform
- Identify, document, and communicate improvement opportunities within processes and PLM tools for future prioritization and implementation
- Contribute to establishing a coherent digital thread across the entire product lifecycle
- Ensure PLM processes function effectively in complex, collaborative environments involving external partners
- Support the client’s overall strategy by helping reduce lead time and cost through increased digitalization
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders as a key contributor to the team
What you bring:
- Solid experience working with agile methodologies
- Deep knowledge of PLM tools, preferably Siemens Teamcenter
- Understanding of working in regulated and rule-driven organizations
- Experience working in project-based environments with structured status reporting
- Proven ability to collaborate with external partners in complex project settings
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and practical way
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering tangible value
- Analytical and structured approach, with the ability to see both the big picture and important details
- Fluent in English and Swedish
- Willingness to undergo security clearance if required
