Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Drive and design solution architecture for a large-scale integration program
• Secure business-critical integrations in the short term and build long-term scalable integration solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams across multiple IT portfolios
• Manage dependencies and align priorities across several organizational units
• Work closely with stakeholders internally and externally, including the acquired company
• Provide architectural guidance and ensure best practices in integration design and execution

What you bring:

• Solid experience as a Solution Architect in large and complex organizations
• Proven background in banking and finance, preferably with knowledge of lending or mortgage domains
• Strong track record in complex integration projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience working in agile organizations with cross-functional teams and dependency management
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
• Fluency in English; Swedish is a strong advantage
