Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior XR/VR Expert Consultant to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead strategy, development and implementation of XR/VR solutions
- Act as the key expert and spokesperson for immersive visualization technologies across the organization
- Drive innovation and adoption of XR/VR across product development and engineering functions
- Take a leadership role in complex development initiatives while remaining hands-on in project execution
- Guide teams in building scalable, high-impact XR/VR applications
- Mentor and upskill engineers, designers and stakeholders in immersive technologies
- Represent client internally and externally as a thought leader in XR/VR
- Build strong networks with industry partners, technology suppliers and research communities
- Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive edge
What you bring:
- 12+ years of relevant professional experience (15+ years strongly preferred for expert level)
- Recognized expertise in XR/VR and advanced visualization within industrial or automotive domains
- Proven experience leading strategic technology initiatives and innovation programs
- Strong background in XR/VR development tools, frameworks and platforms
- Ability to combine visionary thinking with hands-on technical competence
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional, international engineering environments
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive technology adoption
- Exceptional communication skills with the capability to act as a technology ambassador
- Strong industry network and active awareness of emerging digital trends and technologies
