Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Quality Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Act as Project Quality Manager (PQM) and sub-project manager for quality within Oil & Gas delivery projects
• Take full responsibility for project quality planning, execution, control, and assurance
• Lead and coordinate all quality activities in accordance with customer contracts, internal processes, and applicable laws and regulations
• Prepare, implement, and maintain project quality plans throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead the project quality team and manage the allocated quality budget
• Own and manage the schedule for all quality-related project activities
• Monitor compliance with the company Quality Management System and report deviations when required
• Support the project team with quality guidance related to deviations, non-conformities, Quality Gates, error reporting, and Lessons Learned
• Act as the primary quality interface between the customer, subcontractors, and internal project stakeholders
• Participate in international travel to customer and supplier sites as part of project execution
• Work as part of the core project team and report jointly with the team to the appointed Project Manager

What you bring:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a senior quality professional within Oil & Gas and/or gas turbine industry
• Proven background in Project Quality Management, QMIP, PQM, or similar quality leadership roles
• Strong experience in quality control and quality assurance within complex delivery projects
• Experience working in project-based environments, preferably in roles such as Project Manager or Sub-Project Manager
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Customer-focused, results-driven mindset with a strong commitment to quality excellence
• University or Master’s degree in quality, engineering, or a technical discipline, or equivalent extensive experience
• Knowledge of gas turbine technology is considered a strong advantage
• Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Ability and willingness to work onsite at least three days per week and travel internationally as required
