Assignment Description
We are looking for an AI Enablement Specialist for a consulting assignment within a large enterprise organization operating in the mining industry.
What You Will Work On
- Drive enablement and onboarding activities for enterprise AI platforms and services
- Create onboarding materials, operational documentation, user guidelines, and service playbooks
- Support the establishment of scalable and reusable AI service models
- Collaborate with technical teams, platform owners, governance functions, and business stakeholders
- Assist with coordination and execution of AI enablement initiatives and related activities
- Support rollout planning, communication efforts, and user adoption processes
- Contribute to governance alignment, standardization, and operational maturity improvements
- Identify opportunities to enhance support models, operational structures, and user experience around AI services
- Support organizational readiness and long-term operationalization of AI capabilities
- Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams during AI platform adoption initiatives
What You Bring
- Experience working with AI platforms, Generative AI solutions, or digital enablement initiatives
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to create structured onboarding materials, operational documentation, and user guidance
- Experience supporting rollout and adoption of new systems, platforms, or digital services
- Understanding of scalable service delivery and operational processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams
- Ability to work independently in dynamic and fast-changing environments
- Experience working with enterprise productivity and collaboration tools
- Strong organizational and coordination capabilities within cross-functional environments
