Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager
What You Will Work On
- Lead and coordinate organizational activities supporting the ERP transformation program
- Act as the primary operational counterpart to the external implementation partner’s Project Manager
- Coordinate activities across:
- IT organizations
- Commercial functions
- Pilot markets
- Business stakeholders
- External partners and vendors
- Ensure required resources are allocated according to program plans
- Drive execution of actions, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies
- Secure timely business and technical decisions to support project progress
- Ensure readiness of:
- Business teams
- Technical teams
- Test environments
- System integrations
- Data migration activities
- User participation
- Monitor project progress and maintain delivery momentum
- Identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, and blockers
- Support governance forums, steering committees, and stakeholder communication
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology delivery
- Facilitate collaboration across multiple workstreams and organizational functions
- Contribute to successful ERP implementation and organizational change activities
What You Bring
- Higher education in:
- Business Administration
- Information Technology
- Engineering
- Supply Chain Management
- Related discipline
- Or equivalent professional experience
- Strong Project Management experience
- Proven experience leading or coordinating large ERP transformation programs
- Experience working within complex business and IT environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing cross-functional and cross-organizational initiatives
- Ability to manage dependencies, risks, issues, and decision-making processes
- Experience working with external implementation partners and vendors
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives
- Strong planning, coordination, and execution capabilities
- Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken
