Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Front-End Web Developer to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Develop the next-generation HMI solution for Power Quality (PQ) Control and Protection Systems at the substation level within MicroSCADA X.
- Collaborate with the UX/UI conceptual design team to design and implement innovative Substation HMI solutions.
- Test and debug HMI solutions to ensure reliability and functionality in operational settings.
- Train and support teams in utilizing the HMI solution for delivery projects.
- Contribute to agile development teams by delivering new features and applications that meet stakeholder requirements.
- Foster collaboration across teams to address requirements from diverse stakeholders, enhancing the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Uphold the organization’s values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility for your work and supporting colleagues and business objectives.
What You Bring:
- A university degree in a relevant technical field with proven competence and experience in UX and HMI development.
- Experience in conceptual UX design, preferably in Substation and/or Power Systems environments.
- Demonstrated expertise as a Web/HMI Front-end Developer, including hands-on experience with HTML/XML, JavaScript, and HTML5.
- Proficiency in HMI testing and debugging, with a strong understanding of the entire web development lifecycle (design, development, and deployment).
- Preferably, experience developing MicroSCADA X HMI solutions and SCIL programming.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies, and a willingness to troubleshoot and test your own solutions.
- A results-driven problem solver with a proactive mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.
- Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills to thrive in an international and collaborative environment.
