Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project/Epic Management Owner to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

Lead and execute medium-sized projects / Epics, ensuring alignment with client policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, safety requirements, financial targets, and schedules.
Define project guidelines, allocate tasks, and monitor internal and external resources to ensure all milestones are met.
Provide performance feedback to team members working on projects.
Ensure on-time, within-budget, and high-quality project execution in compliance with safety standards.
Manage project scope, quality, financials, and timeline while adhering to project management frameworks (Gate Model or SAFe).
Work within the SAFe setup, acting as an Epic Owner, ensuring seamless execution within Agile Release Trains.
Oversee electronics product development projects, including hardware, software, FPGA, and mechanics development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient project execution and stakeholder alignment.

What You Bring:

Certified SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Product Manager.
3+ years of experience in managing projects of various sizes and complexities.
Strong background in electronics product development, including hardware, software, FPGA, and mechanics.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred) or a technical degree with 10-15 years of relevant experience.
Ability to manage projects with different contractual structures.
Fluent in English and Swedish.
