Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Linux & Embedded Systems) to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
• Design, develop, and maintain software for embedded systems in an agile R&D team
• Analyze industry trends and customer needs to guide development
• Maintain and optimize the Linux platform used in hardware solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to take ideas from concept to final product
• Debug and validate real-time software in multiprocessor environments
• Develop low-level device drivers, bootloaders, and time-sensitive applications
• Support technical requests, including pre- and post-sales support
What you bring:
• Degree in Software Engineering or related technical field
• 3+ years of experience with embedded Linux, Yocto, and hardware production testing
• Proficient in C and C++ development
• Strong knowledge of Linux OS internals and platform development
• Experience with low-level programming, including drivers and kernel modifications
• Ability to read hardware specifications and schematics
• Understanding of low-level protocols and debugging techniques
• Familiarity with network technologies, including wireless
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Bonus: experience with Ethernet, custom protocol development, security features
• Bonus: hands-on hardware integration and board bring-up experience
